Charlotte Tilbury Lipsticks

Image
That's right guys I am now the proud owner of two Charlotte Tilbury lipsticks.  Are you proud, because let me tell you now that they are probably treated better than some children.  Also, guess who's finally 17?!? (that would be me). So I was kindly given these by my lovely friends (shoutout to Bea, Dimeji, Farzana, Kaveena, Nia and Tilly) and they're just too beautiful to not write a blogpost to them.   Just look at how pretty they are! My friends were ridiculously generous and bought me two lipsticks in these shades: Matte Revolution - Bond Girl K.I.S.S.I.N.G. - Oh Marilyn  Bond Girl is in this stunning mauve shade, that is actually a perfect nude. I find it quite hard to find a nude due to my skin colour, however, this is absolutely stunning and is definitely my favourite out of the two. The matte lipstick is also new for me as usual I tend to avoid them, however, I love this. It's moisturising, long lasting and the packaging/si...

Getting cultural in London

Image
I don't often share a lot of my personal life on my blog, however, I feel that you guys should get to know me better. Last Sunday the Mayor Of London's office held an event in Trafalgar Square to start the celebrations for Diwali in November. Obviously, being indian, I wanted to go so me and 6 of my friends decide to head down to London for the day. The event itself was quite interesting and extremely busy. In the heart of london their appeared to be a mini India that had been created with stalls for yoga, henna, food and dancing.  There was also a huge elephant structure (idol?) that was near the entrance and was extremely beautiful. I am not entirely sure, however, I believe it is of the God - Ganesh, who is the 'Remover of all obstacles." However, although the event was lovely we decided to leave as we still had a lot of the day left and we wanted to explore other bits of London. This is where I thanked god for the tube, as it gave us the freedom to...

Beauty Essentials Haul - September 2015

Image
This is a mix of a makeup haul and a beauty essentials, mainly because half of these I am testing for the first time and the others are staples in my makeup collection. I actually bought a lot of these products in August, but I have taken two months off from my blog and youtube channel to focus on myself. However, I am SO excited to start blogging again! Benefit Roller Lash Mascara Where to start with this product, is the real question. I purchased this mascara in August, whilst on holiday as it was cheaper in duty free, and have used it almost everyday since. Before buying the full sized product I tried to sample version in Elle back in May and finally plucked up to courage to spend £15.00 (RRP: £19.50) on this BEAUTIFUL product. Not only do my lashes look ridiculously curled and big (in a good way), they also look thicker and not clumpy!!! The wand is really long so you can get to the inner eyelashes, but have enough control to ensure that it doesn't go everywhere (I've...

Face of the Month - May 2015

Image
So recently I feel as if I've stepped my game up when it comes to my makeup. I'm learning to try new products and to mix it up with drugstore and high end products. Once a month I've decided to update you guys on what I'm loving/wearing. Products used: -Wonderblur primer - The Body Shop -True Match Foundation, D7.W7 - Loreal -Lasting Perfection Concealer, shade 4 - Collection 2000 -Loose Powder, Translucent - Collection 2000 -Hoola Bronzer - Benefit - Rose Gold Blush, 926 - Sleek -Roller Lash - Benefit -Hydro Care Lip Balm - Nivea My base is the most important part of my makeup routine and although I have been wearing this a lot, I'm not too keen on the foundation or primer. I find it so hard to find a foundation that is a heavy enough coverage, but doesn't look fake, that does not dry around spots and is the right shade for me. Although the shade suits me well and there is a wide range available, this is not a long lasting foun...
